About Kian Dezh
Kian Dezh is a mixed-use destination currently under development in Shahin Shahr, Isfahan Province. Built within a site of significant historical value, the project brings together cultural, tourism, hospitality, and service-oriented functions within a unified environment.
Project Vision
Spanning approximately 55,000 square meters, the development features a diverse range of attractions and facilities, including a traditional bazaar, hotel accommodations, event and banquet hall, a Sport Area, restaurants and cafés, cultural and service facilities, as well as recreational areas and landscaped green spaces.
The project has been carefully designed to preserve and revitalize existing historic structures while integrating contemporary functions that complement the site’s character and support its operational and visitor needs.
The project is currently estimated to be approximately 30% complete, with restoration works, new construction, and infrastructure development progressing simultaneously.
The project is being developed and implemented by Tizkaran Zardkooh Road & Construction Company under the leadership of Arya Kiani, with a professional approach focused on sustainable development and long-term value creation.
