A Message from the CEO

Kian Dezh did not begin as an ordinary development project for me. It began with a place that still carried traces of a historic fortress—one that had gradually lost much of its structure and purpose over time.

Rather than replacing the past with something entirely new, we chose to build upon what remained. Our goal was to use this heritage as a foundation for creating a destination that is cohesive, purposeful, and relevant to today's needs.

From the outset, my vision was to create a place that serves contemporary needs while addressing the absence of a high-quality destination in this area—a place that is accessible, welcoming, and enduring for the community.

For me, Kian Dezh is more than an investment or a business venture. It is a responsibility—to the city in which we operate and to the people who will experience and shape this destination.

My hope is that Kian Dezh will not only succeed as a destination, but also become a meaningful and lasting part of the city's evolving identity.
